About recent issues with MV and ROND (FT) Imports

We would like to provide guidance on how to handle the recent issues regarding the import of MV and ROND (FT).

The recent trouble with FT imports is attributed to cache issues caused by network congestion in the RPC connection to MetaMask or Polygon network.

Some users have experienced the following issues:

  • Attempting to import MV and ROND, but the transaction does not complete no matter how long you wait.
  • Unable to cancel the transaction in progress.

If you find yourself in such a situation, we apologize for the inconvenience. 
Please request the cancellation of the transaction processing through our contact form.
 

We kindly request that, before attempting to import again immediately, you follow the steps below :

For Smartphone Users with MetaMask:

[Transaction Reset]

  • Go to Settings > Advanced.
  • Click the 'Reset Account' button.
    *By doing this, any stuck transaction caches within the app will be cleared.

[Change Network Settings]

  • Go to Settings > Advanced.
  • Select 'Network' and choose 'Polygon Mainnet.'
  • Check the RPC URL is set to the following: https://polygon-rpc.com
  • Change the URL if it is not set to this one.
  • Click 'Save' to complete.

 

For Desktop Users with MetaMask:

[Transaction Reset]

  • Go to Settings > Advanced.
  • Click the ‘Clear the Activity tab data' button.
    *By doing this, any stuck transaction caches within the app will be cleared.

[Change Network Settings]

  • Go to Settings > Network.
  • Select 'Polygon Mainnet'  
  • Check the RPC URL is set to the following: https://polygon-rpc.com
  • Change the URL if it is not set to this one.
  • Click 'Save' to complete.
