Regarding Reservations for “Guild Defense Battle – Hard”

Following the maintenance yesterday, the new “Hard” difficulty for Guild Defense Battle has been released.
We have received feedback from some players who made reservations prior to the maintenance, indicating that they accidentally reserved the Normal difficulty before the Hard difficulty was implemented.

As per our policy, guilds that have already made reservations will proceed with the Normal difficulty as scheduled.
Alternatively, you may cancel your current reservation and rebook for the Hard difficulty.

Please note that no compensation will be provided for cancellations. We kindly ask each Guild Master to make the decision on whether to cancel, and we hope you will enjoy the “Hard” difficulty of the Guild Defense Battle.
