・Addition of Particle Option Support for Effects
The existing effect "ring" now supports particle option selection.
Please change the Particle Option Direction to "Local" in the Effect Window before use.

・Addition of Two New UGC Effects
We have added two new UGC effects: "Cyber." and "WaterSplash."

With this update, the required version for UGC data submissions is now 1.2.13. Files created with previous versions will no longer be accepted.
