[Important] Notice Regarding the Signing of MOU for Operational Transfer

Thank you very much for your continued support of GensoKishi Online.

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hanabitei Inc. which will become the new operator of the service.

Hanabitei Inc. is a company currently being established by “Kurokage” and “Alamode,” members of the guild “Hanabitei,” who have been actively contributing within GensoKishi Online.

Considering their past contributions and achievements within the game, we believe they are a highly reliable and ideal partner for the operational transfer.

At present, we are working closely with the two members of Hanabitei Inc. to enhance the sustainability of the service, and are actively discussing a reboot plan aimed at improving operational costs and revenue.

The following milestones are currently planned:

• Late April to after Golden Week, 2026: Execution of the formal agreement
• Mid-May 2026: Start of development based on the reboot plan
• Around August to September 2026: Launch of the new service

Please note that the above schedule is subject to change depending on progress.

We will continue to provide updates regarding changes and initiatives toward the new service in due course.
