[Update] Details regarding issues found in the Genso Marketplace

On September 16th, 2022, the development team has discovered that customers were experiencing problems with user-to-user transactions on the Genso Marketplace. We deeply apologize for this issue, and have been working on an update to provide a fix.

We have scheduled a system maintenance for Tuesday, September 20th, 2022 to update the bug fixes, which will solve the current issues on hand.

Maintenance will be performed on September 20, 17:00-when completed(UTC+8).

In accordance with this fix, the purchase contract itself will be changed to a newly created contract.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers who currently have NFT listings, and ask that they cancel their current NFT listings and re-list them after the above system maintenance is completed.

We have also disabled the listing contract to prevent further listings to be added to the Marketplace. This will prohibit customers to make new NFT listings until tomorrow's maintenance is completed.

Finally, as for the GAS fees necessary for listing and delisting NFTs, the development team will track and investigate the fees that customers have paid to cope with the situation, and will refund the amount to the wallet address registered for the listing activity.
