[October 18] Emergency Maintenance Notice

Starting at 2:00 on October 18, 2024(UTC), we will conduct an emergency maintenance on the Creator Sandbox environment. The exact time of the maintenance completion is currently undecided. Once we have a clearer idea, we will update this notice with the expected completion time. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience until we can confirm the issue has been resolved and reopen the system.

Details of the issue:

• When moving between maps, base equipment and fashionable equipment CND (Condition) are being reset to the initial state at the beginning of this maintenance. We suspect that this issue is caused by a malfunction in the system that was intended to automatically repair the durability based on the original CND rate upon first login when the maximum durability of equipment is changed by the operations team.
