[February 20] Notification of Known Issues

Thank you for your continued support of GensoKishi Online.

Following the maintenance conducted on  February 20, 2025, we have identified the following issues:

■ Details of Known Issues

・We have confirmed issues on the PC version, such as disconnections from the Dragon Tower and the inability to enter chat.

Following further investigation, we have identified the following issues:
・The transfer device to the shopping district becomes unresponsive.
・The game freezes when interacting with NPCs.
・The game freezes during battles with monsters.
・Players are forcibly ejected from the Dragon Tower.
・The number of character slots appears lower than intended.

■ Fix Schedule
Through our investigation, we have determined that these issues occur when switching between the PC and mobile versions using the same account to watch video ads.

We are currently working on a fix. Until the issue is resolved, we kindly ask that you play the game on a single device as much as possible.

We are currently investigating these issues, but if you are experiencing them, please try clearing your browser's entire cache and restarting the application.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve these issues.
