Regarding the Bug Fix and Compensation for the "Tower of Pale Serenity"

Thank you for playing Gensokishi Online.

On July 31, 2025, we released the new event tower, "Tower of Pale Serenity".
However, we've identified a bug where equipment durability, which should not decrease, was incorrectly depleting.

The bug was fixed around 1:40(UTC) on August 1st, and the service has since been restored.

To compensate players who participated in the "Tower of Pale Serenity" event tower while the bug was active, we've provided repair tools for each equipment slot to every participating character.

We sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused.
