- Integration of LAND NFTs and Layout Data:
In this update, LAND NFTs are directly linked to the layout data created in GENSO Maker. This integration incorporates data assets such as buildings and objects into the land, further enhancing the asset value of LAND.
- Expansion of GENSO Maker:
The LAND layout functionality, previously offered in a test version, has now officially established its status as an asset. This enhances creativity further.
- Transfer of Layout-Integrated LAND NFTs:
When transferring LAND NFTs to others, it is now possible to do so with the layouts already applied, facilitating smoother transactions between users.
- Foreshadowing of 'LAND Viewer' and 'GENSO Maker’s LAND Layout Feature':
With this update, two tools that were previously developed ahead of others are now connected through LAND NFTs, bringing new significance to the vision of the metaverse.

■ About the LAND Placement Feature of GENSO Maker
LAND allows you to freely place objects and more within your virtual space.
In the future, we plan to implement features such as setting entry fees for LAND
and allowing the placement of user-generated content (UGC) objects.
※ Currently, even those who do not own LAND can use it for trial purposes.
◆ Ver1.1 Other Expansion Elements
・If you own LAND NFT, the number of objects that can be placed, texture capacity, and polygon count will be expanded.
・If you own LAND NFT, about 10 new types of object models (presets) will be available for use.
・During object placement mode, only the object being placed will be made transparent.
◆ Notes
・In Ver1.1, regardless of the type of LAND you own, the settings for the number of "LAND1×1" objects that can be placed, texture capacity, and polygon count are the same. In the future, if you own "ESTATE2×2" or "ESTATE3×3," the number of objects that can be placed, texture capacity, and polygon count will be further expanded.
・Even if you do not own any LAND, you can still place objects, but there are restrictions on the number that can be placed.
・If you sell LAND NFT or transfer it to another wallet address, the save data will also be transferred as is.
・If you do not possess the UGC equipment placed on the save data within your wallet address, it will not be displayed at the time of save loading.
・In V1.0, it's not possible to place the "DOGE statue".
