We will be holding a lively New Years celebration screenshot contest !
The theme is "New Year"! Capture your best memories in Gensokishi!" and we will have two categories: General and UGC,


〇UGC Category

■To Participatie:
Create a UGC (User Generated Content) "New Year" themed item (for any part of your character's attire), wear it, and take a screenshot.
Follow both @genso_meta and @genso_meta_jp on X (formerly Twitter) and post your screenshot with the hashtag 　#GENSONewYearUGC.
Users who meet the above two conditions and link their X account to their game account will receive the exclusive titles "Photo Projection" and "Kimono Maker".

■Prizes for Winners:

Grand Prize (1 winner):
1,000,000 mMV (equivalent to $100)
A complete clay set (including FX clay)
A "NewYear2025Award" icon will be added to the thumbnail of the winning UGC item.

Cute Category Prize (1 winner):
500,000 mMV (equivalent to $50)

About the "NewYear2025Award" Icon:
If any UGC items have already been distributed to other users via the marketplace, their thumbnails will also be updated with the "NewYear2025Award" icon.

For this contest, we have prepared sample kimono models for participants to use.
We encourage you to make full use of them!

*Important Notes About the Kimono Models:
Due to UGC specifications, the hem and sleeve bones cannot be utilized. As a result, there may be more noticeable polygon clipping compared to outfits created by the development team.
This may cause slight inconsistencies in certain motions.
We kindly ask for your understanding and request that you proceed with your creations with this in mind.

Take an in-game screenshot that conveys a "New Year" atmosphere (UGC items can be used).
Follow both @genso_meta and @genso_meta_jp on X (formerly Twitter) and post your screenshot with the hashtag #GENSONewYear.
Users who meet the above two conditions and link their X account to their game account will receive the exclusive titles "Photo Projection" and "Kimono Maker".

300,000 mMV (equivalent to $30)

Winning screenshots will be featured in an announcement on the official website. Afterward, we will contact winners via DM from either @genso_meta or @genso_meta_jp regarding prize distribution.

■Selection Process & Schedule (Subject to Change):

From after the maintenance ends on December 26, 2024, to 14:59 PM on January 13, 2025（UTC）

Selection Period:
From January 14, 2025, to January 19, 2025

Selection Process：
The submitted screenshots will be reviewed by the operations team, and one image deemed most fitting for each category will be chosen as the winning entry.

Announcement of Winners & Prize Distribution:
Winners will be announced on January 20, 2025, and the NFT prizes & mMV will be sent on January 21, 2025.
