Please be advised that Gensokishi Online will undergo maintenance on August 29, 2024, from 3:00 to 10:00 (UTC). During this period, the service will be unavailable.

The maintenance will include the following:

■ Launch of the Don Quijote collaboration event.

  • The event period will be from the end of maintenance on August 29, 2024, until the next maintenance on September 12, 2024.
  • For more details, please refer to this announcement.

■ Guild Function Release

  • The Guild feature will be made available as soon as the iOS app update is completed.
  • Although the Guild feature will be added to the menu on the PC and Android versions, it will remain in maintenance mode until the iOS app update is finalized.

We will be updating the content of the 'Details of the Guild Feature Update' published on August 26, 2024. Based on feedback and requests from the community after the announcement, we have decided to change the cost of establishing a guild from 1,000,000 mMV to 200,000 mMV.

* Please note that the cost of establishment mentioned in the 'Details of the Guild Feature Update' will also be corrected accordingly in this announcement.

Additionally, we are considering the following updates for the guild function in the future:

  • Guild-exclusive buffs that apply bonuses to various parameters based on the number of active guild members.
  • Implementation of exclusive dungeons and rewards that can only be accessed and rotated among guild members.
  • Provision of exclusive content that allows guilds to enjoy competitive battles against each other.

■ Re-adjustment of the Position Correction Method for Monsters Using Area-of-Effect Skills

  • In the maintenance on August 22, 2024, we addressed an issue where, during position correction between the server and client, monsters were moving too quickly to their corrected positions, causing motion sickness for some players. We have modified the correction so that instead of moving instantly, monsters will now gradually adjust their position to the correct location.

■ Change in the Damage Calculation Formula for Counter Skills in PvP

  • Previously, all damage except for counter skills was reduced by a factor of 10. However, counter skills were not subject to this reduction. We have now adjusted the formula so that counter skills will also deal one-tenth of the damage.

■ Various Bug Fixes

Please note that the following bug fixes will not apply to customers using the iOS app until the app update is completed.

  • (Controller-Connected Issues)
    Fixed a bug where, if the emote menu was open and you moved to a different menu group while using a skill, the emote's stamp would also be executed simultaneously.
  • Fixed an issue where, if the last map you logged out from was the second or later map, the image of the map you were about to log in to would not display correctly on the character selection screen.
  • (Android App Issues on Specific Devices)
    Fixed a bug where, after selecting "Create Character" and then canceling, returning to the character selection screen would cause significant screen distortion.
  • (English Version Issues)
    Fixed incorrect descriptions in the skill tooltips for Hone Chakra and Colossal Counter.
