[May 1] Update: Event Tower, New Cosplay Equipment with Face Parts, and More

■Gensokishi Online Update (May 1, 2025)

① Limited-Time Dragon Tower “Perfumed Haze” Opens

Starting after maintenance on May 1, we will release the new tower “Perfumed Haze,” where monsters drop SR/LR leg part base equipment.

The difficulty level is expected to be about the same or slightly higher than “Grey Wing Tower.”
Unlike normal Dragon Towers, this one requires 25,000 paid mROND from the party leader upon entry. Please take note of this requirement.

 

• Availability Period
  May 1, 2025 – Until the maintenance on May 29, 2025
   
• Description
  A limited-time Dragon Tower filled with various plant-type monsters.
  You can aim to obtain new SR/LR leg base equipment, the “Starlight Series (LR Head)” and “2nd Series (SR Head)” found in the “Apeiros Pyrgos,” and other rare items.
  Note: Equipment durability (base/fashion) will not decrease in this tower.
   
• Entry Fee and Entry Limit
  Talk to the NPC “Polune” at the Dragon's Gate to enter.
  The party leader must pay 25,000 paid mROND per party member.
  Limited to 5 paid entries per day for the leader.
  Entry count resets daily at 20:00 (UTC).
   
• Drop Items
  We will include it in the maintenance announcement.

② New Clay Material “Dragon Mica” Added to Dragon Towers

As mentioned in the earlier GENSO MAKER update, a new material “Dragon Mica” will be added to monster drops in Dragon Towers. This material is required for synthesizing the UGC clay used to create the new “Face” (Expression) cosplay parts.

③ Changes to Guild Coin Export Rules

We’ve identified multiple accounts being created to exploit Guild Coins, which are obtainable through daily guild quests. As a result, offending accounts have been suspended for terms of service violation.

To prevent further abuse, Guild Coins and materials from future Defense Battles will now require either Export Rank 5+ or completed eKYC in order to deposit them into the Dimensional Warehouse.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in implementing this measure, which was pointed out by many on social media and community channels.

For those using a single account correctly, we kindly ask for your cooperation in completing the eKYC process.

④ Paid mROND Can Now Be Deposited in the Bank

Previously, if you had both free and paid mROND, paid mROND would always be consumed first, and this rule could not be changed. Many users shared their feedback on this issue.

To address this, you will now be able to deposit paid mROND into the bank.

Deposits will prioritize paid mROND.
Withdrawals from the bank will also start with paid mROND.

Use Cases:

1. For Guild Donations:
   Withdraw paid mROND first so only free mROND remains in the bank.
    
2. Accidental Withdrawal Before Gacha Use:
   Re-deposit paid mROND to be able to use it for Gacha.
    
3. To Avoid Consuming Paid mROND in-game:
   Store it in the bank.

Note: Only free mROND deposited in the bank can still be exported as ROND.
