Regarding issue when equipping UGC gear in the game

Thank you for always playing GensoKishi Online.

Official release of our UGC today, it is now possible to import and equip NFT-converted UGC gear within the game. 

However, we have identified an issue where UGC gear may not display correctly even after being equipped.

We have noticed cases where, when UGC gear is equipped with the base gear already on, the torso or leg equipment does not display correctly.

If you encounter this display issue, we kindly ask you to try the following steps: 

Return to the character selection screen (the top screen after logging into the game) and then return to the game screen.

 This should resolve the problem.

We are currently investigating the root cause of this issue. Until the problem is resolved, we appreciate your patience and cooperation in following the above procedure.
