On January 2, 2023, after a GENSO Marketplace gacha, we experienced a failure to claim the NFTs drawn in My Inventory, which was caused by a communication delay in the Polygon network.

  • Transactions to purchase gachas are difficult to pass.
  • The result of the lottery after the gacha will behave as if the same product is drawn each time. (This is different from what you actually receive).
  • It may take a few hours to be able to claim NFTs in My Inventory after a gacha.
  • It may take a few hours to show up in My Inventory after purchasing an NFT that is being offered by someone else.
  • It may take a few hours until the item is actually displayed on my inventory after I list an NFT on the market.
    (During this time, the NFT you are trying to list may not even appear in My Inventory.)
  • When an NFT is withdrawn from the market, it may take several hours until the item is withdrawn from the market.
    (During this time, the withdrawn NFT may not even appear in My Inventory.)

Please keep in mind that the above problems may occur due to network delays when using the GENSO Marketplace.
