[October 17] Emergency Maintenance Notice

Thank you for always playing GensoKishi Online.

To fix multiple bugs and issues that occurred after the October 16 update,
we will be performing emergency maintenance starting at 10:45 (JST) on October 17, 2025.

Maintenance Schedule
October 17, 2025, 1:45 – 8:00 (Trial Release) *UTC

We have implemented fixes and countermeasures for the previously identified issues.
Although testing has been conducted in our development environment, due to the heavy load in the live environment where many users are connected, there is a possibility that unforeseen errors or issues may still occur.

Therefore, we will reopen the service at 8:00, but depending on the situation, it may be necessary to enter maintenance again.
We kindly ask that you refrain from participating in activities such as the Event Tower during this period as much as possible.

Once stable operation has been confirmed, we will make another announcement.

Fix Details

• Some players may see a “Maintenance in Progress” message when trying to log in or move between maps
• Opening the guild menu takes an unusually long time due to slow communication
• Friend list loading and private chat responses are sluggish
• Other various in-game behaviors may not function properly

We will update this notice once the maintenance end time has been determined.
