As of January 14, 2025, around 9:00 AM(UTC), an error preventing in-game video ads from playing has been identified. We have investigated the issue and determined the cause, and we are currently working on a fix.
The issue has been addressed, and video ads are now functioning correctly.

We will provide an update once the issue has been resolved.

During the affected period, ads were unavailable, and players were unable to claim ad rewards. As an apology for the inconvenience, we will soon distribute a Skill Reset Orb to all affected players.
