Maintenance for GENSO Marketplace will be conducted.

November 30, 14:00 – 18:00 (Japan time)

■GENSO MAKER Site Update Details:
・End of the Release Commemorative Campaign
The previously announced release commemorative campaign will end.
After the maintenance, UGC data application fees will be equivalent to $2 MV, and NFTization application fees will be equivalent to $5 MV.
・Addition of Creatable UGC Equipment
In Head equipment, by selecting "Head" in the UGC check tool, checking "Don't display hair", and creating a zip file, it becomes possible to create Head equipment that does not render character hair.
Please refer to the UGC check tool preview to create new equipment!
※Note that only hair will not be rendered, and the face itself will be displayed.
Additionally, with this update, the cap will return to the sample models.
Equipment previously submitted with a texture change for "cap" will be changed to the "Don't display hair" setting.
※If the change has not been applied and your equipment meets the conditions, please contact us with the equipment's name.
・Update of UGC Check Tool (Unity)
The UGC check tool will be updated for compatibility with the new Head equipment. U
The latest version is "1.0.4," and after maintenance, only zip files created with the latest UGC check tool can be used for UGC data applications.
■About UGC Data Application
・Model Data
Issues such as forgetting to delete files during export, errors in weight settings, or not using the provided export files can lead to models not displaying correctly in the game, especially for Body and Leg.
Please double-check during fbx data export and UGC data creation using the UGC check tool.
・Error Codes
C-404：
Model data not displaying correctly in the game due to reasons mentioned in "Model Data" above.
If you receive this error code, please check the UGC check tool preview and ensure correct export from 3D software.
C-405：
Significant missing parts in the model data, not limited to UGC equipment but also applicable to character models with noticeable gaps.
Receiving UGC data that includes sets with both upper and lower parts, as well as data that alters specific body parts.
In some cases, significant gaps are observed between the rendered character and the equipment. This occurs when viewed from specific angles, during specific motions, or when only one part of the assumed set is equipped.
Z-903:
Potential infringement of rights, including copyrights, in the equipment name, description, or model data.
