[IMPORTANT] Strengthened Gear Parameters may lose data when importing NFTs

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We have confirmed a crucial bug that occurs when importing gear NFT that has previously been strengthened. For unknown reasons at this time, the parameters of the gear retained as NFT metadata may get lost during the importing process, and therefore resets the parameters for the imported gear to its initial state.

We are currently identifying the affected users of this bug and investigating the cause.

with your wallet address and token ID of the NFT item in question.

Fortunately, the log history for the strengthened gear NFT parameters have not been lost and are available to the development team, so please do not worry if your previous strengthened parameter data have been lost. It is possible for the development team to recover the parameter data.

Imported gears that have been reset to its default status will be restored to their correct parameters in time. While we are working on the restoration process, it is crucial that users do not strengthen their gear until the restoration process is completed.

Currently the development team are working on a solution for the restoration process and the system fix to prevent future issues. We ask for your patience.
