【May 9th】Maintenance Notice [ Added on May 9 at 8:00(UTC) ]

We have added information on May 9, 2024, at 8:00(UTC). The added content is highlighted in red, so please check it.

We will be conducting maintenance on GensoKishi Online from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM (UTC) on May 9, 2024.
During the maintenance period, GensoKishi Online will be unavailable.

Please note that the updates mentioned below include fixes that will be implemented in the app update. However, due to app review processes, we are unable to update the iOS version during today's maintenance. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The app will be updated and the changes applied as soon as it passes the review. We kindly ask for your patience until these updates are available.

The iOS version of the app can now be updated. The latest version (1.0.57) includes the following updates.

The details of the maintenance are as follows:

■Update for Functional Improvements
① Change in Critical Expression when Using Skills
Similar to when a critical occurs during a regular attack, the display will now show jagged speech bubbles and "CRITICAL!!" when a critical occurs during skill usage.

② Improvements to Equipment Display such as Weapon Equipping, Backpack, etc.
When clicking on the class icon, the class name is displayed.
Changed the background colour of equipped weapons to blue.
If weapons from another class are equipped, changed to display the class icon in red.

③ Reflect the stats enhanced by potential abilities in the equipment screen preview
Changed to display the added stats enhanced by potential abilities' passive effects to the equipment screen preview.

Adjustment of Emote Speech Bubble Display Position
Adjusted the position as emoticon icons overlapped chat text bubbles when performing an emote.

⑤ Addition of Maximum Target Number to Description of Area Skills
For area skills where the description did not specify the maximum number of targets, now includes clarification about the maximum target count.

⑥ Change in Design of Help Screen for Operation Instructions
Adjusted UI design and changed to allow switching menu groups with "L2" when using a controller.

 

■Bug Fixes Regarding Monster Behaviour
① Movement Range
It was discovered that some parts of the originally specified range for monster movement were not being recognized, so this will be corrected. As a result, monsters may now move in a slightly wider range than before.

② Actions During Combat
While each skill used by monsters has its own cooldown period, there was a bug where if a skill requiring casting time was selected by the AI while its cooldown had not yet elapsed, the monster would cease all actions for the duration of the casting time.
As a result, it may feel like monsters are taking more actions than before.

■Changes Related to the Appearance of Certain LR Cosplay Equipment
Due to an error where the visual model and item icon design of the LR Cosplay Equipment Hades Series shoulder and back equipment (Magic of the Underworld God, Hades' Dragon Wings) were reversed in-game, a correction was made in the update on April 25, 2024.
However, some NFT owners requested to keep them as they were. Therefore, we will revert each item to its original appearance and adjust the data so that the thumbnail image exported with the NFT matches the appearance equipment in the game.
From now on, the results of this change will be considered the correct specification for the respective items. Regarding this NFT, if it is transferred to another owner, we regret to inform you that changes in appearance cannot be accommodated.

■ Other Bug Fixes

  • Issue where evasion wasn't significantly improved when using the latent skill of the "Agility Ring".
  • Issue where keeping the "Quest Details" open while warping to the next level in Dragon Tower caused abnormal screen display.
  • Issue where the auto-run button appeared and movement was possible during dialogues when warping to the next level in Dragon Tower under specific conditions.
  • Issue where jumping was disabled on the stairs in Apeiros Pyrgos.
  • Issue where monsters summoned were being summoned to unintended locations such as beyond walls.
  • Issue where camera movement with the keyboard was disabled when under "Root" or "Sleep" status.
  • Issue where map glow settings were not being reflected.
  • Correction of the issuance limit to "1,000" for N-equipment obtained from the Cosplay Equipment Gacha "Spring Breeze Destruction Sword".
  • Issue where the burst gauge was not increasing with unique skills inherent to various cosplay equipment.
  • Issue where HP and MP decreased upon changing class while under the effect of buffs.
  • Issue where the dialogue of the warehouse NPC in Colkia Village was the same as the dialogue of the warehouse NPC in Elrond MallElrond Castle Town.
  • Issue where the window behind could be manipulated while the window for selecting additional effects during equipment enhancement was open.
  • Issue where it was possible to deposit more items than the maximum amount under specific operations when depositing items in the warehouse.

■Below are updates that will be added today for the PC version only. (Please wait for the Android and iOS versions to be updated later.)

  • Fixed a bug where effects would flicker when using a skill that requires targeting after moving while tapping the screen.
  • Changed so that target switching is not possible during group switch operations in the menu when a controller pad is connected.
  • Fixed a bug where the battle log could not be displayed when returning to the battle log after performing close-range chat with the space key while viewing the battle log.
  • Fixed a bug where the circle indicating the enemy's attack range would disappear when players use a target-specific skill while a monster is using an area attack skill.
  • Changed the color of numbers displayed when dealing damage to enemies: attacks exploiting weaknesses are shown in orange, but previously all critical hits were shown in orange regardless of enemy resistances. Now, critical hits will also reflect enemy weaknesses (orange) and resistances (blue), with other situations shown in white.
